Whitlark SHIPPING CHANGES Because FEDEX and other shippers made such a point of raising their rates, surcharges, fuel charges, oversized-box charges, and Just-because-it's-Tuesday charges when the cost of fuel sky-rocketed 2 years ago (and then did not lower those charges when the cost of fuel went back down,) we have limited our shipping options to the USPS shipping only. The USPS now also has an "oversized" charge, but it is somewhat more reasonable than the others. If you have your own FEDEX account, we will be happy to ship your package on your own account number. There is a place to enter this information on the checkout page. We're sorry, but we no longer ship outside the US> GIFT WRAPPING CHANGES Because of the increase in cost to ship, and especially because of the size limitations now being imposed by the USPS, we are no longer able to offer gift wrapping except on the smallest of items. Wrapping, ribbon, bows, gift bags etc. all take up so much extra room and therefore require larger boxes to ship -- and the USPS "oversized" charge is now over $18 -- a cost we are not able to absorb and are unwilling to pass on to customers.
